Our company was founded in 1972 by a father/son team and is still locally owned and operated by the same family today. What originally started out as an alarm monitoring, telephone sales and service and telephone answering service has evolved into one of the most advanced telephone answering bureaus in our area.

Components of the company grew from a select few alarm monitoring clients to over 3000 spanning from Prince George to Victoria. After careful evaluation we decided that in order to provide the best possible service to our clients, we needed to concentrate on only one aspect of the business. We chose the answering service and in 1997 we opened our doors under the new name of Replay Message Centre, where it is our sole priority to accurately process your important business calls.

We provide answering and messaging services for clients throughout Northern British Columbia, Alberta and the United States. With the added features that the Internet has brought to the forefront of our industry, we will soon be actively servicing clients from around the globe.
